Child Safety Standards

Zero tolerance

Aura strictly prohibits Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, trafficking, sexual exploitation of minors, coercion, and any attempt to sexualize or endanger a minor.

Prevention and enforcement

• We provide in-app reporting tools for profiles, messages, and unsafe behavior.
• We provide blocking tools so users can immediately stop contact.
• We review reports, remove offending content, suspend or ban accounts, and preserve records when needed for safety review.
• We investigate fake age claims, impersonation, and attempts to bypass age restrictions.

How to report

If you see child safety risks or suspected Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), use the in-app report flow and contact admin@auradating.online. Include any relevant account identifiers, screenshots, or timestamps if it is safe to do so.

Escalation

Where required, Aura may escalate credible threats, Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), or imminent harm cases to law enforcement, hotlines, or relevant child protection organizations.
